Our Story

MightyGood began in Kansas City in 2012, making precision plastic products. When the pandemic hit, we put that manufacturing experience to work making and donating face shields to regional hospitals and healthcare teams. That effort led us into health and hygiene products, from rapid diagnostic tests to the wipes we make today.

We’ve grown since then, but the idea behind our work is the same: make useful products that help people care for themselves and each other. Today, our wipes help families across the country find a small moment to feel fresh and ready for their day.

    Taylor Jay

    PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

    Taylor is a designer and entrepreneur who joined MightyGood in 2018. Since then he has developed and managed a variety of products under the MightyGood brand. Taylor lives in Kansas City with his wife and daughter.

    Mindy Haas

    SALES & OPERATIONS

    Mindy joined the MightyGood team in 2022. She spent her early career as the owner of a glass company and has experience in logistics, operations, finance, replenishment and relationship management. Outside of work, Mindy is a passionate runner and dog lover.

    BRAND & MARKETING

    Katy is a comms and brand strategist who joined the MightyGood team in 2025 bringing with her over a decade of in-house and marketing agency experience. Katy is a Kansas City-native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
