1. Sponsor

The "Clear The List" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Mighty Good Solutions, LLC located at 7830 State Line Rd, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208, US ("Sponsor").

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who:

●      Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry,

●      Are current classroom teachers or educators, and

●      Are able to receive shipments within the United States.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Carly Barrett (@carlybarrett04), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined for these Official Rules as spouses, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period, eligible participants must:

  1. Create a Walmart Classroom Registry (if they do not already have one) at https://www.walmart.com/cp/classroom-registry/2019567.

  2. Add Sponsor’s Wipe Those Hands Antibacterial Wipes to their Walmart Classroom Registry using the designated product link.

  3. Complete the official Sweepstakes entry form mightygoodsolutions.com/sweepstakes in its entirety, which includes submitting a valid link to their Walmart Classroom Registry that features Sponsor’s Wipe Those Hands Antibacterial Wipes.

Submitted registries must be intended primarily for classroom use. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, contain personal, commercial, or non-classroom registries. Participants are responsible for ensuring their Walmart Classroom Registry is accessible to Sponsor for verification and Prize fulfillment. Entries must be received with all required elements no later than the conclusion of the Entry Period to be eligible to win.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of entries, is prohibited and such persons will be disqualified and all entries will be deemed invalid and any Prize won shall be forfeited. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, undelivered, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, or that contain false information, have been submitted through illicit means or by any means which subvert the entry process, or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions set out in these Official Rules will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

No purchase is required and entrants are under no obligation to purchase any product appearing on their registry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the eligible items from the Walmart Classroom Registry submitted with their entry, up to a maximum amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) (the “Prize”).

Sponsor will purchase eligible items from the submitted registry beginning with the highest-priority available items (or registry order) until the ARV reaches one thousand dollars ($1,000). Sponsor will ship the selected registry items directly to the winner as indicated in their Walmart Classroom Registry. Registry changes after the Draw Date may not be honored. No substitutions by winner. Sponsor determines ordering process. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with comparable products of equal or greater value. Sponsor not responsible for discontinued products, unavailable inventory, retailer errors, or shipping delays. Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations.

The Prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged, and has no cash value. Any differences between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded.

Sponsor will issue Form 1099 to winner as legally required and winner is responsible for all taxes incurred, as applicable.

6. Winner Selection, Odds & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around August 10, 2026 (“Draw Date”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted on or around the Draw Date using the email address provided on the entry form and/or through Instagram direct message if applicable.

The selected winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner, who will also be required to respond to the Prize notification within seventy-two (72) hours. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service which may result in the potential winner not receiving initial Prize notification.

If the winner is eighteen (18) years of age, but considered a minor in state of residence, a Prize will be awarded to a parent/legal guardian of the winner who must execute and return any required documents as noted in these Official Rules. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility and identity before awarding the Prize. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours of request. A Prize will be sent only upon verification by Sponsor that all Sweepstakes requirements have been met by the Winner. Failure of the Winner to comply with the above Prize claim requirements or these Official Rules for any reason, or the return of any Prize notification or Prize as undeliverable, or the determination that the Winner is ineligible to receive a Prize, may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate Winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant’s change of email address, mailing address, telephone number, and/or other contact information.

You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified and it is determined that you have complied with these Official Rules.

7. Use of Personal Information

Please see Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.mightygoodsolutions.com/privacy-policy for details regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes. 8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, classroom photos (if voluntarily provided), and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation. Winner agrees to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request by Sponsor.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Indemnification; Liability

By participating, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, CarlyBarrett (@carlybarrett04), Walmart Inc., Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to: (a) any printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a Prize; (b) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or emails; (c) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules; (d) for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (f) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (g) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any website; or (h) injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading or copying materials from or use of website.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By entering, entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.

14. Winner’s List

The name of the winner will be available on or about August 14, 2026. To receive the name of the Winners by mail, please mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above ATTN: MightyGood Clear the List Sweepstakes. The name of the winner will be sent once verified.
