A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The "Clear Your Classroom Wishlist" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by MightyGood ("Sponsor").
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [TBD Date] at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on [TBD Date] at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). The Entry Period will remain open for approximately fourteen (14) days.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who:
Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Are current classroom teachers or educators.
Are able to receive shipments within the United States.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Carly, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, eligible participants must:
Add Wipe Those Hands to their Amazon Classroom Wishlist using the designated product link.
Complete the official Sweepstakes entry form.
Submit a valid link to their Amazon Classroom Wishlist.
Submitted wishlists must be intended primarily for classroom use. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that contain personal, commercial, or non-classroom wishlists.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the eligible items from their submitted Amazon Classroom Wishlist, up to a maximum retail value of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD).
Sponsor will purchase and ship the selected wishlist items directly to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with comparable products of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged, and has no cash value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form and/or through Instagram direct message if applicable.
The selected winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require verification of eligibility before awarding the prize.
7. Use of Personal Information
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that Sponsor will collect and process the personal information provided for the purposes of:
Administering the Sweepstakes
Verifying eligibility
Contacting the winner
Fulfilling the prize
Measuring the effectiveness of the promotion
Sponsor may also use participant information, including email addresses and other contact information, to create or enhance advertising audiences on third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta) for future marketing and advertising purposes, in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Sponsor does not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, classroom photos (if voluntarily provided), and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Carly, Amazon, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
12. Amazon Disclaimer
Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes. Amazon and all related trademarks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
